Some of our products will be assembled by our professional team as requested by the customer.
Video call or link to our youtube channel will be provided for Installation in the term of DIY "Do It Yourself".
For the DIY process, customers will require additional tools such as a wrench, screwdriver and other tools.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty is 3 (month) to 1 (year) as stated on product purchased.
Good item once delivered are not Refundable, or Exchangable for other items.

Warranty voided if:a) Our products has been modified without prior approval from Gospeedi.b) Break down due to accident, exposure to heavy rain / water or improper use of the items.c) Not follow manufacturer instruction accordingly.d) Handle loads above rated weight capacity.

Maintenance & Services
Walk-in to Gospeedi service center or
Door-to-door services include installation of Gospeedi products such as spareparts and Accessories.
Fees for Maintenance and Services are upon Agreed Invoice by Gospeedi and customer.
The address will be provided when an appointment is being scheduled.
Spareparts
Wear and tear components are available to purchase in Gospeedi website and catalogue.
Good spareparts sold are not exchangable nor refundable.
